Participants are required to inform the teacher about any injuries or health conditions before the class begins.Participants are required to inform the teacher the use of medication or treatment thay may affect their health during class.
Medical advice:
Participants are advised to consult with a doctor if they are unsure about their health or if they are pregnant before starting yoga.Pain and discomfort:
Students are encouraged to stop the exercise and inform the teacher if they experience any pain, discomfort, or other physical symptoms during class.Listen and follow instructions:
Participants are expected to listen to and follow the teacher's instructions.

Non-refundable deposits:
All purchased packages are non-refundable nor transferrable. A class pack is valid for one individual only.Cancellation policies:
You may cancel your class booking 24 hrs before. Cancellation of class is free of penalty prior of 24 hrs.Expiration of packs:
The 5 class pack is valid for two months only from the date of the purchase.Please check the calendar for the class schedule during holidays.
General Conduct and Etiquette:
Arrival time: Participants should arrive on time and be prepared to start class.
If you are late to class within the first 5 minutes you may take your place in silence. After 5 minutes, the entrance to class is not permitted.
If you need to leave before the class ends please inform the teacher in advance.
Respect for others: Etiquette may include observing silence in the room, not disturbing other students, and respecting the teacher.
Phone usage: Cell phone use is prohibited during the practice.
Please set your phone in silence mode and leave it in your bag at the changing room/vestiare.
Cleaning up: Participants are expected to clean up their space after class, such as returning props to storage.

Other Considerations:
Instructor changes: The teacher will update the class calendar.
Studio use: Participants may be expected to handle studio equipment with care and not disrupt other students.
Privacy and data collection: The studio may collect and use personal data for administrative purposes.
